At the core of my work is a deep understanding of how trauma affects the brain, body, and our relationships with others. I am a survivor myself, so I get it.
I have done a lot of work on my own healing, and it’s important to me to never stop learning and growing.

I draw from psychodynamic therapy, attachment-based interventions, and parts work to provide a holistic approach to support and healing. This means that we will explore many of the ways that your childhood trauma or abuse in your family of origin might be contributing to your current behaviors or symptoms. We will work on helping you validate yourself, decrease shame and self-blame, and find ways to change any of these patterns that aren’t working for you.
I am laid back and judgment free, and you will probably hear some dad-jokes. I have three cats who you will likely meet during our virtual sessions, and I love when your fur-kids join us! Many clients join session in their comfy clothes, with snacks, or wherever and however they feel comfortable.

A little about me:
I’m a millennial: I’ll keep my skinny jeans and ankle socks, but I don’t like avocado toast!
Nerdy and neurodivergent: Autistic (and some ADHD)
INFJ: The outgoing introvert. I’ll have you laughing with my dad jokes, then I will hibernate and recover from the social interaction.
Queer: 🏳️🌈🏳️🌈
Femme: Love dresses and nail polish, but no heels here.
Coffee order: Vanilla latte (and a good pumpkin spice)
Curly: Yes, it’s natural. And no, I have never straightened it 😉 (okay, maybe once)
Cat mom: To three baby chonks who are my whole world. I am child-free by choice, and they are my children. (But, I have the most respect for parents! You all have the most difficult job in the world- especially those who are breaking cycles!)
